We’re getting ready to do a series of nude pinups similar to those that you see in the great pinup drawing books. Today and a few more times in the next week or so we are going out to look for props that will work well in the photos. In my opinion either the shot has got to have no props at all or the props have the be exactly what the overall shot needs. It takes a complete “feeling/mood” to get the best pinup shots.
Well, off to the antiques stores and “junk shops” to find more props. Now I may need an additional room just to keep the stuff in. A studio always grows beyond its capacity when I have anything to do with it…

theres nothing like a pin up shot. but you have to be careful with those. ive seen of alot of photographers get carried away in trying to bring a certain “mood” and it gets cheesey WAY to fast. i really want to see what you come up with. im a big fan of pinups!!!
